We are sorry to report that Dr Stansfield will be closing his office practice on June 30, 2026.
Dr Stansfield is actively seeking other physicians to take over your care; we understand you may wish to research and find a new doctor of your choosing.
You can do this by:
• Visit the Health Connect Registry to connect with family doctors or nurse practitioners within the Primary Care Network (PCN) in your community.
• Ask your family or friends to introduce you to their own family doctor. Sometimes, a doctor may take you on referral from an existing patient.
• If you are visiting another health care provider, such as a specialist, ask them if they know of family doctors who are accepting patients.
• If you are visiting a walk-in clinic or Urgent and Primary Care Center, ask the doctor if they would be willing to take you on as a patient.
Medical Records will be stored with MedRecords as of June 30th. You can contact them through their website as linked above or call them at +1 604 800 7079.
